EXW Vantaa

Products are available at the Korpinen’s warehouse in Vantaa, Finland. The buyer arranges transportation or Korpinen arranges transportation on behalf of the buyer, whereby the transport costs are added to the invoice based on the actual cost.

Change of delivery time

If the delivery time is brought forward from the agreed or confirmed delivery time, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the products possibly delivered according to the original delivery time. If the delivery time is postponed from the agreed or confirmed delivery time later than four weeks before the agreed delivery date, the buyer will cover the costs of storage of the products. The seller has then the right to invoice the products with the original delivery date.

Cancellation of special products ordered especially according to a received purchase order is not possible.

Returns and complaints

Delivery or product complaints must be notified promptly to Korpinen's customer service, no later than within seven days from the delivery. Any transport damage must be marked in the waybill in the presence of the driver. The transport damage must be notified immediately, no later than within three days to Korpinen. The liability of the forwarding company expires in seven days, if not notified before.

Product returns are accepted in a case of a delivery error or an incorrect product of Korpinen. A confirmation number for return is available from Korpinen customer service to make the return possible. The return has to take place within 14 days from issuing the return number. Ordered and crclearance products have no return right.

Delivery time

Regular delivery time is 2-12 weeks and it will be confirmed with the order confirmation. 

Additional costs

  • Additional fee 100 € (VAT 0 %) for orders value less than 100 €. The recommended minimum order value in export is 500 €.
  • Pallets 11 €/pc
  • Requested fast delivery 20 € (VAT 0 %)
  • Pick-up from the warehouse, fee 10 € (VAT 0 %)
  • Confirmation call to customer prior to the delivery or delivery to the address of a private person –depending on the pricing of the local forwarding company.
  • Exact time schedule for delivery – ask for a separate offer.
  • Specified collections and packing – ask for a separate offer.
  • Cost of storage in the case of postponed delivery – ask for a separate offer.
